Reid and Harper

As you surely have noticed, Bryce Harper's "clown question, bro" moment has grabbed Western civilization by the lapels and shaken us from our torpor.

It has previously swept up the Internet in its storm surge, and now it has invaded the august halls of vaulted ceilings of the nation's capital. Click and listen as Senate majority leader Harry Reid makes somewhat stilted use of Harper's defining catch-phrase.
