Yankees outfielder Jacoby Ellsbury was a late scratch Saturday against the Pirates because of a stomach virus, YES Network reports. Zoilo Almonte will get the nod in his place.
Ellsbury is hitting .284 with one home run, 11 stolen bases and 14 RBI in 148 at-bats. His status remains uncertain for Sunday's day-night series-ending doubleheader against Pittsburgh.
