Red Sox outfielder Jacoby Ellsbury returned to the starting lineup Wednesday after missing one game with a sore hand, and he helped to match a franchise record by hitting one of eight home runs in his team's 20-4 win over the Tigers.
It was the only hit in five at-bats for Ellsbury, who owns a .296/.354/.421 line with eight home runs, 51 RBI and 51 stolen bases in 560 at-bats.
