Jarrod Parker cleared for Saturday

The Athletics have cleared pitcher Jarrod Parker for Saturday's start against the Royals, MLB.com reports Friday. Parker had been bothered by a hamstring injury since leaving his last start against the Cardinals Saturday. He is 4-0 with a 2.15 ERA over his last seven starts.
