Kolten Wong heads to disabled list with shoulder issue

Cardinals second baseman Kolten Wong was placed on the disabled list after Saturday's game with a left shoulder injury.

Wong has seen his share of struggles at the plate this month, going 2 for 30 over his last 10 games. He has hit .228/.282/.304 with one home run and 16 RBI in 158 at-bats.
