Brewers outfielder Khris Davis had an MRI on his injured wrist Friday, and the procedure revealed nothing beyond inflammation, the Journal Sentinel reports.

"The MRI was good," Davis said. "There was nothing torn, nothing with the bone. It's a tendon that got pinched, got bruised, and it's just aggravated right now. Get some rest, and I'll be good."

Davis, who last played Wednesday, has hit .279/.341/.595 with nine home runs, 21 RBI and two stolen bases in 111 at-bats.
