MRI shows no evidence of UCL tear for Martin Perez

Rangers pitcher Martin Perez underwent an MRI on his injured elbow, which "revealed no hard evidence of a tear to the ulnar collateral ligament," the Dallas Morning News reports. Perez will miss his upcoming start due to elbow soreness, but has yet to be placed on the 15-day disabled list.
