Rays place RP Jeff Beliveau on DL among roster moves Friday

Rays reliever Jeff Beliveau was placed on the 15-day disabled list Friday due to left shoulder soreness, the team announced. He has a 13.50 ERA in five relief appearances.

The Rays also optioned outfielder Mikie Mahtook to Triple-A Durham, while also recalling infielder Ryan Brett and reliever C.J. Riefenhauser .
