Sergio Romo notches 18th save Wednesday vs. Reds

Giants closer Sergio Romo finished off Wednesday's 3-2 win over the Reds by tossing a 1-2-3 ninth inning to secure his 18th save.

Romo had given up runs in each of his three previous appearances and hadn't pitched for about a week coming into Wednesday's game, but he delivered a textbook save to get back on track. He owns a 3.38 ERA and 19:5 K:BB ratio in 24 innings.
