Tyson Ross goes six-plus strong in fourth spring start

Padres pitcher Tyson Ross, who was tagged for six runs his last time out, bounced back with a solid outing Saturday against the White Sox in Cactus League action.

Ross, making his fifth start of the spring, allowed one run on six hits and three walks while striking four over 6 2/3 innings of work. He has a 4.66 ERA and a 16:9 K:BB ratio over 19 1/3 innings pitched this spring.
