Adam McCalvy@AdamMcCalvy9M agoFor Brewers 3B Coach Matt Erickson, the crazy thing about last night’s roof ball is not that it happened. It’s that the home plate umpire described the exact play during lineup card exchange. That rarely happens, he says. https://t.co/5L3pUXHoON https://t.co/5rd559Zvhz -

The Brewer Nation@BrewerNation11H ago#Brewers Win! Final: 3-2! W: Hall (1-0) S: Megill (1) Two-run game-tying dinger by Chourio. Solo dinger for the lead by #Kingtreras. The bullpen locked it down all night. And a tremendous play by Chourio staying with that pitch in the 9th. -

Adam McCalvy@AdamMcCalvy11H agoBrewers 3, Padres 2. Baseball's winningest team in the regular season is 1-0 in the postseason. The baseball gods (not to mention the architects of Miller Park/AmFam Field) might've had a hand in it. -
Todd Rosiak@Todd_Rosiak11H agoJackson Merrill hits a ball right on the screws but it's right at Luis Lara, and the Brewers escape with a crazy 3-2 win over the Padres in Game 1 of the NLDS. -
Adam McCalvy@AdamMcCalvy11H agoI can't remember a fly ball striking the roof cable at Miller Park/AmFam Field that deep. Might've saved a homer for the Brewers. Ground rule says this: https://t.co/mawAbz3Y6w -
Adam McCalvy@AdamMcCalvy11H agoThe Brewers will seek a four-out save from Trevor Megill, who pitched more than one inning twice in 63 outings during the regular season. -
Todd Rosiak@Todd_Rosiak12H agoWho'd have thought the Brewers would score all their runs in Game 1 of the NLDS (to this point) on homers? Jackson Chourio's third-inning shot tied it up, and William Contreras's solo bomb off Adrian Morejon with two outs in the seventh gives Milwaukee its first lead at 3-2.
