Caldwell-Pope racked up 16 points (5-7 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 4-4 FT), six assists, one rebound and one steal in 31 minutes during Sunday's 132-120 victory over the Spurs. Caldwell-Pope has been struggling a bit with his shot, particularly from long range, but he's finding ways to make things happen and has scored in double digits in four consecutive games, even reaching the 20-point plateau twice in that span. The veteran shooter might experience an uptick in usage rate and scoring figures as long as Jamal Murray (hamstring) and Aaron Gordon (heel) remain sidelined.... See More ... See Less

Nuggets' Kentavious Caldwell-Pope: Will play Sunday
Caldwell-Pope (ankle) will play in Sunday's game against the Spurs, Katy Winge of Altitude Sports reports. Caldwell-Pope found himself on the injury report with an apparent ankle injury, but it is not serious enough to keep him out of the lineup. In his last five games, Caldwell-Pope has averaged 13.4 points, 3.6 assists, 2.4 rebounds and 1.4 steals in 35.0 minutes per contest.... See More ... See Less -
Nuggets' Kentavious Caldwell-Pope: Probable against Spurs
Caldwell-Pope (ankle) is probable against the Spurs on Sunday. Sunday's game is the front end of a back-to-back set, and Caldwell-Pope is one of several key Nuggets carrying probable tags. Caldwell-Pope was one of the few bright spots in Friday's loss to Houston, as he dropped 20 points with five rebounds, three assists, three steals and one three-pointer in 39 minutes.... See More ... Nuggets' Kentavious Caldwell-Pope: Pops for 20 points Friday
Caldwell-Pope finished with 20 points (7-15 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 5-5 FT), five rebounds, three assists and three steals over 39 minutes during Friday's 105-86 loss to the Rockets. Caldwell-Pope came to play Friday, dropping at least 20 points for the second time in the past three games. While his recent offensive outburst should be viewed as an outlier, he typically does just enough on both ends of the floor to warrant a roster spot in most standard leagues.... See More ... Nuggets' Kentavious Caldwell-Pope: Reaches 20 points in win
Caldwell-Pope notched 20 points (8-17 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 2-2 FT), three rebounds, three assists, two steals and one block across 36 minutes during Monday's 107-103 victory over the Pistons. With Jamal Murray (hamstring) out and Nikola Jokic getting ejected in the second quarter, the Nuggets were without their top two offensive options for most of the game. Caldwell-Pope stepped in to help fill the void, finishing second on the team in scoring behind only Reggie Jackson while adding production in the defensive categories. Expect Caldwell-Pope's offensive responsibilities to take a step back when Jokic returns to action Wednesday in Orlando, but the former should still make for a solid streaming option for three-pointers and steals.... Nuggets' Kentavious Caldwell-Pope: Quiet in loss to Cleveland
Caldwell-Pope posted nine points (2-9 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 4-4 FT), two rebounds, two assists, one block and one steal in 31 minutes during Sunday's 121-109 loss to the Cavaliers. Caldwell-Pope rarely posts fantasy lines that will blow you away, but he consistently provides ample amounts of three-pointers and steals. Through 13 games this season, Caldwell-Pope is averaging 9.5 points, 1.8 rebounds, 2.4 assists, 1.6 steals and 1.6 three-pointers.... See More ... See Less -
Nuggets' Kentavious Caldwell-Pope: Scores eight points
Caldwell-Pope racked up eight points (3-5 FG, 2-4 3Pt), three rebounds, two blocks and one steal over 33 minutes during Monday's 110-102 win over the Jazz. Caldwell-Pope will rarely fill up the box score, but he's known for quietly providing a steady supply of defensive stats and three-pointers for Denver. Through four games, Caldwell-Pope is averaging 10.8 points, 2.5 rebounds, 2.8 steals, 1.0 block and 1.8 three-pointers.... See More ... See Less -
Nuggets' Kentavious Caldwell-Pope: Impressive 20-point performance
Caldwell-Pope logged 20 points (8-12 FG, 2-3 3Pt, 2-2 FT), two rebounds, one assist, one block and three steals over 36 minutes during Tuesday's 119-107 win over the Lakers. Nikola Jokic and Jamal Murray ran the show for the Nuggets on Tuesday, but there's no question that Caldwell-Pope's contributions contributed massively to the win, as he was efficient from the floor and also contributed in other categories. He's not going to be a 20-point scorer on a regular basis, but he should get plenty of open looks to put up serviceable scoring numbers across most fantasy formats in 2023-24.... See More ... Nuggets' Kentavious Caldwell-Pope: Starting Thursday
Caldwell-Pope will start Thursday's preseason game against the Clippers. Caldwell-Pope and the rest of Denver's starters took a seat during Tuesday's exhibition for rest purposes. With this being the final preseason game, coach Michael Malone said he expects the first unit to get a good amount of playing time.... See More ... See Less -
Nuggets' Kentavious Caldwell-Pope: Sitting out Tuesday
Caldwell-Pope won't play in Tuesday's preseason game against the Clippers due to rest. Caldwell-Pope hasn't suffered any injury but will sit out Tuesday's contest. His next chance to suit up is Thursday's preseason rematch with the Clippers.... See More ... See Less -
Nuggets' Kentavious Caldwell-Pope: Dialed in against Suns
Caldwell-Pope tallied 12 points (4-7 FG, 3-4 3Pt, 1-1 FT), a rebound and an assist across 17 minutes in Tuesday's 115-107 preseason win over the Suns. Caldwell-Pope's role should be enhanced with Bruce Brown off the team. Alongside Nikola Jokic, Jamal Murray and Michael Porter, fantasy managers should temper their expectations regarding his potential, but as he demonstrated in the playoffs last year, he can make a significant impact when needed.... Nuggets' Kentavious Caldwell-Pope: Shines defensively
Caldwell-Pope ended Monday's 94-89 win over the Heat in Game 5 of the NBA Finals with 11 points (4-10 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 2-2 FT), four rebounds, two assists, three blocks and two steals across 34 minutes. Caldwell-Pope was a menace on defense during the Game 5 win and came up with the game-clinching steal in the final seconds. The veteran was a consistent producer on both ends of the court during Denver's postseason run, posting 10.6 points, 3.3 rebounds, 1.6 assists, 1.3 steals and 0.7 blocks in 33.5 minutes. Caldwell-Pope is under contract for at least one more year and has a player option for 2024-25.... See More ... See Less -
Nuggets' Kentavious Caldwell-Pope: Returns Monday

Nuggets' Kentavious Caldwell-Pope: Questionable for remainder of game
Caldwell-Pope is questionable to return to Game 5 against the Heat on Monday due to a right wrist sprain, Katy Winge of Altitude Sports reports. Caldwell-Pope exited Monday's game with 2:13 remaining in the third quarter. Bruce Brown and Christian Braun will likely receive increased minutes if he is unable to return.... See More ... Nuggets' Kentavious Caldwell-Pope: Strong shooting continues
Caldwell-Pope accumulated 21 points (9-17 FG, 3-8 3Pt), two rebounds, three assists, one block and two steals over 36 minutes during Tuesday's 132-126 win over the Lakers in Game 1 of the Western Conference Finals. Caldwell-Pope continued to shoot the ball well in the victory, turning in a strong performance against his former team. He has been a huge positive for the Nuggets throughout the playoffs, providing them with the scoring punch he was able to deliver earlier in the regular season. Couple that with his ability to deliver stout defensive production and you have a recipe for success when it comes to winning playoff basketball.... See More ... See Less -
Nuggets' Kentavious Caldwell-Pope: Scores 21 to eliminate Suns
Caldwell-Pope notched 21 points (7-11 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 5-5 FT), five rebounds, three assists, one block and two steals across 36 minutes during Thursday's 125-100 win over Phoenix in Game 6 of the Western Conference Semifinals. The veteran sharpshooter has been inconsistent as a scoring threat in the playoffs so far, but he stepped up when the Nuggets needed him the most in a Game 6 win to eliminate the Suns. Caldwell-Pope has scored in double digits in five of his last seven playoff contests, but this 21-point performance was his best scoring outing of the current postseason run. Through 11 playoff appearances, he's averaged 10.5 points while shooting 39.1 percent from deep.... See More ... See Less -
Nuggets' Kentavious Caldwell-Pope: Barely noticeable in loss
Caldwell-Pope posted two points (1-4 FG, 0-2 3Pt), two rebounds, one assist and two steals across 34 minutes during Friday's 121-114 loss to the Suns in Game 3 of the Western Conference Semifinals. Caldwell-Pope played 34 minutes in the loss, although you could be forgiven for not even noticing. For the Nuggets to go beyond the second round of the playoffs, they need a lot more from Caldwell-Pope, especially on the offensive end. While he is typically not required to do a lot of the heavy lifting, he at least needs to be a viable threat so as to open up the floor for the likes of Jamal Murray and Nikola Jokic.... See More ... Nuggets' Kentavious Caldwell-Pope: Nearly perfect from field
Caldwell-Pope logged 14 points (5-6 FG, 4-4 3Pt), five rebounds, two assists and one steal in 41 minutes during Monday's 97-87 win over Phoenix in Game 2 of the Western Conference Semifinals. Caldwell-Pope is a secondary weapon for the Nuggets, and there's an argument to say he'd be the fifth option in the starting lineup, but he was excellent Monday and missed just one of his shots en route to his third straight double-digit scoring outing. Those efficiency levels will regress sooner than later, but for now, Caldwell-Pope is averaging 10.9 points per game while shooting an excellent 44.1 percent from three-point range across seven playoff contests so far.... Nuggets' Kentavious Caldwell-Pope: Plays role to perfection
Caldwell-Pope accumulated 14 points (5-10 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 1-2 FT), two rebounds, one assist, one block and one steal across 28 minutes during Friday's 120-111 win over the Timberwolves in Game 3 of the Western Conference Quarterfinals. Caldwell-Pope did just what was needed in the win, putting up modest production on both ends of the floor. While his numbers don't always jump off the page, Caldwell-Pope provides the Nuggets with another solid veteran presence, able to score when needed while also providing solid wing defense.... Nuggets' Kentavious Caldwell-Pope: Good to go for Game 1
Caldwell-Pope (illness) will play in Sunday's game against the Timberwolves, Harrison Wind of TheDNVR.com reports. Caldwell-Pope was one of many Nuggets players to sit out the team's regular-season finale, but he has cleared the injury report ahead of Game 1 of the First Round in the Western Conference Playoffs. Caldwell-Pope should be expected to handle a full workload and return to the starting lineup.... See More ... See Less
