  • Timberwolves' Donte DiVincenzo: Nails two triples in loss

DiVincenzo contributed six points (2-4 FG, 2-4 3Pt), six rebounds, two assists and one steal over 22 minutes during Wednesday's 124-94 loss to the Thunder in Game 5 of the Western Conference Finals. DiVincenzo followed up his 21-point outing in Game 4 by failing to score double-digit points for the fourth game in the series against Oklahoma City. In the 28-year-old guard's first season in Minnesota, he averaged 11.7 points, 3.7 rebounds, 3.6 assists and 1.2 steals in 25.9 minutes across 62 regular-season appearances. DiVincenzo was also very efficient from outside in 2024-25, converting 39.7 percent of his 7.1 three-point attempts per contest.

  • Timberwolves' Donte DiVincenzo: Scores 21 points in loss

DiVincenzo closed Monday's 128-126 loss to the Thunder in Game 4 of the Western Conference Finals with 21 points (7-11 FG, 5-8 3Pt, 2-2 FT), three rebounds, five assists and one steal in 28 minutes. DiVincenzo had arguably his best game of the playoffs, ending as one of three Timberwolves to score at least 20 points. Prior to Monday, DiVincenzo had scored single digits in nine of the previous 10 games. While DiVincenzio, Jaden McDaniels and Nickeil Alexander-Walker were all able to play above themselves, Julius Randle and Anthony Edwards combined for just 21 points, ultimately resulting in what was a disappointing result for the home team.

  • Timberwolves' Donte DiVincenzo: Continues to struggle

DiVincenzo recorded nine points (3-14 FG, 3-12 3Pt), one rebound, two assists, one block and two steals over 30 minutes during Tuesday's 114-88 loss to Oklahoma City in Game 1 of the Western Conference Finals. It's no secret that DiVincenzo has had his struggles in the postseason, though he has played well on the defensive side of things. Through 11 postseason games, he's shooting 31.7 percent from the field and 25.0 percent from beyond the arc with 8.1 points, 3.4 assists, 3.0 rebounds and 1.7 steals.

  • Timberwolves' Donte DiVincenzo: Another quiet showing

DiVincenzo supplied nine points (2-7 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 3-4 FT), three rebounds, three assists and one steal across 26 minutes during Monday's 117-110 win over the Warriors in Game 4 of the Western Conference Semifinals. Although DiVincenzo has played a pretty big role in this series, his struggles have been obvious. Across four games, he's shooting 30.0 percent from the field and 28.6 percent from beyond the arc for 6.8 points, 3.0 assists, 2.8 rebounds, 0.8 steals and 1.5 three-pointers. Mike Conley and Nickeil Alexander-Walker haven't exactly been consistent either, and DiVincenzo could be due for some positive regression with his shot.

  • Timberwolves' Donte DiVincenzo: Sees 33 minutes in loss

DiVincenzo accumulated seven points (3-11 FG, 1-7 3Pt), three rebounds, four assists and one steal across 33 minutes during Tuesday's 99-88 loss to the Warriors in Game 1 of the Western Conference Semifinals. Although DiVincenzo had a quiet night offensively, he was far more effective than Mike Conley and Nickeil Alexander-Walker. With the Timberwolves staring at a 1-0 deficit, it wouldn't be surprising to see DiVincenzo become more involved throughout this series.

  • Timberwolves' Donte DiVincenzo: Five swipes in Game 4 win

DiVincenzo finished with eight points (3-11 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 1-1 FT), two rebounds, two assists and five steals in 29 minutes during Sunday's 116-113 victory over the Lakers in Game 4 of the first round of the Western Conference playoffs. DiVincenzo struggled in the shooting department in Game 4, hitting three of his 11 field-goal attempts, but made up for it defensively, with a game-high five steals off the bench. The veteran guard hasn't made a big impact in this series, but he helped Minnesota secure a crucial win, taking a commanding 3-1 lead. The series now shifts back to Los Angeles for Game 5.

  • Timberwolves' Donte DiVincenzo: Season-high three blocks

DiVincenzo recorded 10 points (4-13 FG, 2-8 3Pt), five rebounds, four assists, three blocks and one steal over 31 minutes during Friday's 116-104 victory over the Lakers in Game 3 of the first round of the Western Conference playoffs. DiVincenzo was a menace on the defensive end, tallying a season-high three blocks. It was easily his best performance of the postseason and the exact reason the Timberwolves acquired him in the first place. Now leading the series 2-1, Minnesota will be hoping for a similar performance when the two teams go head-to-head again Sunday.

  • Timberwolves' Donte DiVincenzo: Logs 16 points from bench

DiVincenzo totaled 16 points (6-10 FG, 4-8 3Pt), three rebounds and two assists in 28 minutes during Sunday's 116-105 victory over Utah. DiVincenzo has performed well as the team's sixth man and is versatile enough to provide support at several positions. His production is directly tied to usage and the efficacy of his long-range shot, which has been dialed in recently. Over the past five games, he's converted 51.4 percent of his shot attempts beyond the arc.

  • Timberwolves' Donte DiVincenzo: Drains six threes off bench

DiVincenzo supplied 24 points (9-15 FG, 6-10 3Pt, 0-1 FT), three rebounds and two assists in 28 minutes off the bench during Tuesday's 110-103 loss to the Bucks. The six made three-pointers, representing his best showing from beyond the arc since March 2, when DiVincenzo went 8-for-13 on three-point attempts against the Suns. That was also the last time the 28-year-old guard topped 20 points. Still, he's been a reliable asset from long distance- over 19 appearances (two starts) since his late February return from a toe injury, he's drained multiple threes 17 times while averaging 13.2 points, 3.8 boards, 3.7 assists, 3.3 treys and 1.2 steals in 24.9 minutes a contest.

  • Timberwolves' Donte DiVincenzo: Solid display off bench Saturday

DiVincenzo ended Saturday's 114-109 victory over the 76ers with 13 points (5-9 FG, 3-6 3Pt), four rebounds, one assist and one steal over 19 minutes. Another game, another contest in which DiVincenzo puts up solid numbers coming off the bench. He's failed to score in double digits in only three of his 16 appearances since the beginning of March, establishing himself as a reliable scoring weapon in the second unit. Even though that role off the bench limits DiVincenzo's fantasy upside, he's still averaging a solid 12.8 points, 3.6 rebounds, 3.6 assists and 1.3 steals per game over that 16-game stretch.

  • Timberwolves' Donte DiVincenzo: Not on injury report

DiVincenzo is not on the injury report for Thursday's game against the Nets. After serving a one-game suspension, DiVincenzo will be back in the rotation Thursday. Over his last four appearances, DiVincenzo has averaged 10.3 points, 3.8 rebounds, 3.8 assists and 2.3 three-pointers in 20.2 minutes per game.

  • Timberwolves' Donte DiVincenzo: Draws one-game ban

The NBA announced Tuesday that DiVicenzo has been issued a one-game suspension for his role in an on-court altercation that occurred in the second quarter of Sunday's 123-104 win over the Pistons. DiVincenzo was one of five players (two Timberwolves, three Pistons) ejected after the incident, and all five involved will serve suspensions. Along with DiVincenzo, Naz Reid will be suspended for Tuesday's game against the Nuggets, but both should be back in action Thursday at Brooklyn. DiVincenzo's absence Tuesday could open up a spot in the rotation for Rob Dillingham while perhaps forcing the Timberwolves to rely more heavily on Mike Conley and Nickeil Alexander-Walker out of the backcourt.

  • Timberwolves' Donte DiVincenzo: Ejected against Detroit

DiVincenzo was ejected during Sunday's game against the Pistons, Jace Frederick of St. Paul Pioneer Press reports. DiVincenzo was ejected along with Ron Holland, Naz Reid, Marcus Sasser and Isaiah Stewart after both teams got into a heated altercation. DiVincenzo will conclude the contest with six points (2-4 FG, 2-3 3Pt), three rebounds, three assists, two blocks and a steal in nine minutes. Nickeil Alexander-Walker figures to see an uptick in minutes with DiVincenzo out of the lineup.

  • Timberwolves' Donte DiVincenzo: Comes close to double-double

DiVincenzo accumulated 11 points (4-9 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 1-2 FT), seven rebounds, one assist and one steal over 24 minutes during Wednesday's 119-115 loss to New Orleans. DiVincenzo finished just three rebounds away from recording what would've been his first double-double since Jan. 11, but even if he's not filling the stat sheet, he's doing an excellent job of scoring the rock. This was DiVincenzo's 11th consecutive game in double digits, a span in which he's averaging 14.6 points, 4.0 rebounds, 4.1 assists and 1.5 steals per game.

  • Timberwolves' Donte DiVincenzo: Extends solid scoring stretch

DiVincenzo registered 19 points (7-16 FG, 5-11 3Pt), three rebounds, three assists and two steals in 32 minutes during Monday's 132-130 overtime loss to the Pacers. With Mike Conley (rest) back in action, DiVincenzo operated off the bench, but he has scored in double digits in every game since the beginning of March despite starting just two times over that stretch. DiVincenzo is averaging 15.3 points, 3.3 rebounds, 4.3 assists and 1.4 steals per game over nine March appearances.

  • Timberwolves' Donte DiVincenzo: Back in bench role

DiVincenzo isn't in the starting lineup for Monday's game against the Pacers. DiVincenzo drew a spot start Sunday while Mike Conley received an opportunity for a day off, but it's back to the bench for DiVincenzo in the second half of a back-to-back. He's averaging 14.0 points, 4.3 rebounds, 4.5 assists and 1.0 blocks over his last four appearances as a reserve.

  • Timberwolves' Donte DiVincenzo: Starting Sunday

DiVincenzo will start Sunday's game against the Jazz. DiVincenzo will enter the starting five because Mike Conley (rest) is out of the lineup. In his last start, DiVincenzo saw a very similar role to the one he normally fills off the bench, so his fantasy outlook doesn't figure to be impacted all that much.

  • Timberwolves' Donte DiVincenzo: Back to bench Friday

DiVincenzo will come off the bench during Friday's game against the Heat. After starting in Wednesday's win against the Hornets, DiVincenzo retreats back to the bench in Miami. Mike Conley will get the start following a one-game absence. In 36 games as a reserve for the Timberwolves, the sharpshooter is averaging 10.5 points. 3.5 rebounds, 3.7 assists and 1.3 steals per game while shooting 39.7 percent from the floor and 38.3 percent from beyond the arc.

  • Timberwolves' Donte DiVincenzo: Provides boost from deep in start

DiVincenzo recorded 16 points (5-7 FG, 4-5 3Pt, 2-2 FT), five rebounds, one assist and one steal over 32 minutes in Wednesday's 125-110 win over Charlotte. DiVincenzo got the starting nod Wednesday with Mike Conley (rest) inactive in the contest, providing a lift from deep while finishing as one of four Timberwolves players with 15 or more points in a winning effort. DiVincenzo has played well in his five games since returning from a 19-game injury absence, reaching double figures in four of those five contests while connecting on three or more threes in every game over that same span.

  • Timberwolves' Donte DiVincenzo: Will start against Charlotte

DiVincenzo will be in the starting lineup for the Timberwolves on Wednesday against the Hornets. DiVincenzo has played in four games since returning from a 19-game absence due to injury. The veteran sharpshooter has averaged 14.3 points, 4.0 rebounds. 5.3 assists and 2.3 steals per game while shooting 45.2 percent from the floor and 52.8 percent from deep in the last four games for Minnesota.
