  • Pacers' Jay Huff: Start yields nothing Wednesday

Huff accumulated three points (1-5 FG, 1-4 3Pt), six rebounds and two assists in 16 minutes during Wednesday's 114-109 loss to Philadelphia. Huff remained in the starting lineup, although he saw just 16 minutes of playing time. With Ivica Zubac sidelined due to an ankle injury, Huff seemingly has the starting center spot locked up. However, as we saw Wednesday, that does not mean he is going to play starter-level minutes, much like we saw last season. He can be considered in standard leagues, although his upside is completely tied to his block numbers, something he has failed to do in three of his four games thus far.

  • Pacers' Jay Huff: Struggles in start

Huff recorded six points (3-8 FG, 0-3 3Pt), six rebounds and one assist over 23 minutes during Monday's 110-102 loss to Milwaukee. Huff drew the start at center with Ivica Zubac (ankle) sidelined but failed to build on his impressive performance against Brooklyn on Sunday. After recording 14 points and three blocks against the Nets, Huff went scoreless from beyond the arc and failed to register a block Monday. He could continue seeing increased minutes if Zubac remains unavailable, making him a potential streaming option for managers seeking blocks and three-pointers.

  • Pacers' Jay Huff: Starting Monday

Huff will start Monday's game against the Bucks, Scott Agness of FieldhouseFiles.com reports. Ivica Zubac (ankle) has been ruled out for Monday's clash, opening the door for Huff to start at center. He started the second half of Sunday's matchup after Zubac went down and put together a strong final line, finishing with 14 points, two rebounds, three assists and three blocks in 21 minutes.

  • Pacers' Jay Huff: Starts second half Sunday

Huff racked up 14 points (5-6 FG, 2-3 3Pt, 2-2 FT), two rebounds, three assists and three blocks over 21 minutes during Sunday's 136-109 win over the Nets. Huff started the second half for the injured Ivica Zubac, who rolled his left ankle in the first quarter and didn't return. Head coach Rick Carlisle said following Sunday's victory that Zubac is unlikely to play Monday versus the Bucks, so Huff could be in line to draw his first start of the year his next time out after making 47 regular-season starts for the Pacers in 2025-26.

  • Pacers' Jay Huff: Buried on depth chart

Huff (coach's decision) did not play in Wednesday's 123-120 win over New Orleans. Indiana opted not to use Huff despite the tightly contested matchup. The veteran center appears to be behind other frontcourt options in the Pacers' rotation, limiting his immediate fantasy appeal unless his workload increases.

  • Pacers' Jay Huff: Blocks five shots in season finale

Huff recorded 13 points (4-8 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 3-3 FT), three rebounds, three assists, five blocks and one steal in 24 minutes before fouling out of Sunday's 133-121 loss to Detroit. Huff closed the season with a strong defensive performance, recording at least five blocks for the second straight game. Although his role has fluctuated, seemingly on a nightly basis, his defensive output can't be ignored. Through 82 games, he averaged 1.9 blocks per game, putting him in the top five for that category.

  • Pacers' Jay Huff: Rejoining starting lineup

Huff is in the starting lineup for Tuesday's game versus Minnesota, Dustin Dopirak of The Indianapolis Star reports. Huff is supplanting Micah Potter at center in the starting lineup Tuesday. Over his last five starts, Huff has averaged 11.4 points, 4.8 rebounds, 2.4 assists and 2.2 three-pointers in 24.1 minutes per game.

  • Pacers' Jay Huff: Headed to bench

Huff will come off the bench for Sunday's game in Cleveland, Tony East of Forbes.com reports. Huff may be limited in his reserve role, so he's a risky target in daily fantasy leagues. As a member of the second unit this season, Huff owns averages of 7.4 points, 2.9 rebounds, 1.1 triples and 1.7 swats per contest.

  • Pacers' Jay Huff: Starting against Bulls

Huff will start in Wednesday's game against Chicago, Tony East of Forbes.com reports. Huff started in three consecutive contests before heading to the bench for Sunday's 135-118 win over the Miami Heat. However, Pascal Siakam will move back to the four spot Wednesday, allowing Huff to re-enter the starting lineup. In 44 starts this season, the 28-year-old has averaged 10.7 points, 4.5 rebounds, 1.6 assists, 2.0 blocks and 0.6 steals while shooting 49.2 percent from the field and 33.3 percent from deep across 23.5 minutes.

  • Pacers' Jay Huff: Strong line in loss

Huff posted 18 points (7-10 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 2-2 FT), six rebounds, one assist and one block over 32 minutes during Wednesday's 137-130 loss to the Lakers. Huff continues to take advantage of the injury-depleted frontcourt in Indiana. He's seeing 25.9 minutes over his last three games, averaging 10.3 points, 4.7 rebounds, 1.7 assists and 1.7 three-pointers on 61.1 percent shooting from the field.

  • Pacers' Jay Huff: Logs 28 minutes in win

Huff logged seven points (2-4 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 2-2 FT), six rebounds and one steal over 28 minutes during Monday's 128-126 victory over the Magic. Huff played at least 25 minutes for the first time in his past eight games, although his production certainly tells a different story. While he has been a good source of blocks thus far this season, his recent numbers have left a lot to be desired. In eight games over the past two weeks, he has averaged just 1.1 blocks per game, adding 9.6 points, 3.1 rebounds and 1.4 three-pointers.

  • Pacers' Jay Huff: Headed to bench

Huff will come off the bench for Thursday's game against the Suns, Tony East of Forbes.com reports. Ivica Zubac is making his Pacers debut Thursday evening, which will result in Huff heading to the second unit, where his value figures to take a hit. As a reserve this season, Huff has posted averages of 6.9 points, 3.0 rebounds, 1.0 three-pointers and 1.7 blocks per game.

  • Pacers' Jay Huff: Scores 16, shines defensively

Huff ended with 16 points (5-15 FG, 3-10 3Pt, 3-5 FT), six rebounds, one assist, five blocks and one steal over 22 minutes during Sunday's 131-111 loss to the Trail Blazers. Huff needed 15 shots and made only 30 percent of his threes en route to his 16-point outing, but his real value came on the defensive end with six combined steals-plus-blocks. Huff has scored in double digits while providing multiple blocks in three of his last four starts, and he's averaging 13.4 points, 4.3 rebounds, 1.7 assists and 2.1 blocks per game since the All-Star break.

  • Pacers' Jay Huff: Scores 18 points in loss

Huff notched 18 points (7-13 FG, 4-8 3Pt), five rebounds, one assist and one block in 25 minutes during Wednesday's 130-107 loss to the Clippers. Huff seems to have a tight grip on the starting center role in Indiana, at least until Ivica Zubac (ankle) is ready to make his Pacers debut. Huff has started in all but one of the Pacers' last 13 games, averaging a solid line of 11.4 points, 4.0 rebounds, 1.8 assists and 1.6 blocks per game while shooting 49.5 percent from the floor. Huff has scored in double digits eight times in that span.

Huff isn't part of the starting lineup for Tuesday's game against the Knicks, Scott Agness of FieldhouseFiles.com reports. • Pacers' Jay Huff: Starting role Monday

Huff is in the starting lineup for Monday's game against the Rockets. Huff will slide into the starting five after coming off the bench in the previous four games, giving the Pacers a bigger lineup to open. In 26 starts this season, the big man is averaging 10.1 points, 4.4 rebounds, 2.2 blocks and 1.5 assists in 22.3 minutes per contest.

  • Pacers' Jay Huff: Emerges in win

Huff finished with 10 points (4-10 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 1-2 FT), seven rebounds, one assist, one block and three steals over 23 minutes during Wednesday's 113-110 victory over Chicago. After seeing a combined five minutes in his previous two appearances, Huff reemerged in a big way Wednesday night. Indiana's center rotation remains a mess, and the team has recently leaned on smaller lineups with Jarace Walker getting more run. Keep an eye on Huff in case he's able to build some momentum.

  • Pacers' Jay Huff: Bench role Friday

Huff is not in the starting lineup for Friday's game against the Thunder, Dustin Dopirak of The Indianapolis Star reports. Huff will retreat to the bench in favor of Jarace Walker, giving the Pacers a smaller opening lineup. The big man has started 26 of 49 games this season and had been entrenched as a starter over the past six contests, averaging 11.8 points, 4.3 rebounds, 1.7 blocks, 1.0 assists and 1.0 steals in 20.8 minutes per game during that span. Even without a starting role, Huff should still see plenty of action off the bench.

Huff is starting Monday's game against the Celtics, Sean Grande of NBC Sports Boston reports. Huff rotated to the bench Saturday, but he'll run with the first unit Monday night, marking his third start in four games. Quenton Jackson will be utilized off the bench as a result of the lineup change.
