After nine months of treatment, four-year-old Leah Still got some great news on Tuesday night: Her MIBG scan came back negative, which means doctors didn't seen any active disease in her body.

An MIBG scintiscan is an imaging test that uses "a radioactive substance (called a tracer) and a special scanner to find or confirm the presence of pheochromocytoma and neuroblastoma."

Leah, the daughter of Bengals defensive tackle Devon Still, was diagnosed with stage 4 neuroblastoma, a form of pediatric cancer, on June 2.

After receiving the good news of Leah's health on Tuesday, Devon Still took to Instagram to share the news with the world.

From Devon Still's Instagram:

That moment you get the best news you've ever received and don't know what to do so you just flex!! We got Leah's MIBG Scans back tonight and the doctors told us they didn't see any active disease in her body!!! We still have to wait for her MRI and bone biopsy results later this week. But the doctors feel very optimistic about them because of the results from today. So for now we celebrate!! #LeahStrong

Leah went through chemotherapy in February and had a few rough nights.

It looks like the treatment is going to pay off though. However, Leah isn't completely out of the woods yet. As Devon Still noted on Instagram, the family is still waiting for her MRI and bone biopsy results, which they're expecting later this week. The good news though is that doctors are "optimistic" that Leah will get a clean bill of health.
