Once a year, all 32 coaches in the NFL get together for a group photo -- Well, except for last year when it was only 31 coaches because Bill Belichick decided not to show up, but that's neither here nor there.

Let's talk about this year because all 32 coaches did show up, as you can see in this photo, which was tweeted out by NFL PR guy Brian McCarthy.

Now, there's a lot to digest here, so let's do this slowly.

First, Andy Reid [bottom left] has made it known that he does not believe in wearing pants. Also, if there was a dress code for this picture, it clearly didn't apply to Reid, who's dressed like a Hawaiian tourist. The only thing missing is a fanny pack.

By the way, this picture was not taken in Hawaii, it was taken in Arizona. Also, thanks to the St. Louis Rams, we have an even BETTER photo of Reid and the shirt he bought at Goodwill five mintutes before this picture was taken.

Secondly, we now know that Bruce Arians will never take his Kangol hat off under any circumstance. If you can't find Arians in the picture, just look for the guy wearing the hat.

Thirdly, although Belichick [bottom, second from right] did show up for the picture this year, he decided not to wear shoes. Apparently, the only thing Belichick loves more than a nice hoodie is a comfortable pair of flip-flops.

Anyway, I'm guessing Belichick only showed up because the league promised him he'd sit next to Pete Carroll in the picture.

"Alright guys, on three, instead of 'cheese,' Everyone say, 'The Seahawks should've given the ball to Marshawn.'"

Finally, the legend of Jim Tomsula continues to grow faster than his chest hair. The new 49ers coach [top, second from left] made sure to leave a few buttons open so that his chest could breath.

The most surprising thing though is that Tomsula buttoned any buttons at all.
