Packers defensive end Datone Jones is being evaluated for a possible concussion, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.
Jones took an inadvertent blow to the head from a teammate in the fourth quarter of Monday's game, and he may have suffered a concussion. He was able to walk off the field, but his status moving forward is uncertain.
