The Bills extended a tender to Yarbrough, an exclusive rights free agent, Mike Rodak of ESPN.com reports.
While the level of Yarbrough's tender has yet to be disclosed, the point is that the reserve defensive end will stick with the Bills in 2019. The 25-year-old made 29 tackles without a sack across 15 games last season, playing 30 percent of defensive snaps in a rotational role.

Bills' Eddie Yarbrough: More chances to shine
Rotowire
Yarbrough is expected to get the first crack at starting at defensive end in place of Shaq Lawson (ankle), who was placed on injured reserve Tuesday.
Yarbrough will primarily face competition from Ryan Davis for the starting nod at the defensive end spot opposite Jerry Hughes. Even with his snap count on the rise, Yarbrough has a modest 18 tackles and one sack on the season, so there wouldn't seem to be much IDP upside to mine here.

Bills' Eddie Yarbrough: New appearance on injury report
Rotowire
Yarbrough was listed as a limited participant Thursday with a thigh issue after practicing fully Wednesday.
While Yarbrough isn't in IDP territory yet, he's overcome a lot to land a spot on the roster and his high-motor ways have helped the Bills defense tremendously in a depth role this season. He sits at nine tackles and a sack, while he still seems on the better side of questionable for Sunday's game at Cincinnati.
