Parry Nickerson: Lands on COVID list

Nickerson was placed on the Vikings' practice squad COVID list, Craig Peters of the Vikings' official site reports, which was a result of testing positive for the virus, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network. Nickerson has appeared in three games for the Vikings this season. He'll have to clear COVID protocols quickly if he wants to finish the season on the Vikings' practice field.

Nickerson was waived by the Jaguars on Monday. Nickerson was waived in order to make room for undrafted rookie Joe Giles-Harris on the active roster. Nickerson did not take the field across seven games with the Jaguars.
