Jackson (undisclosed) had his practice squad contract with the Panthers expire Monday, freelance NFL writer Howard Balzer reports.
Jackson was carted off the field in early training camp and landed on the practice squad injured list in early October. The 24-year-old went undrafted out of Arkansas in 2018 and has yet to make his NFL debut.

Jackson (undisclosed) played 25 defensive snaps during Friday's preseason game against the Bills, and made three tackles (two solo).
Jackson was carted off the field during practice July 27, but seems to have returned to full health. Even though he was able to make a return to the field, the Arkansas product still faces an outside shot to make the team.
