Colon will get a one-year deal worth $1.75 million to return for a second season in Arizona after spending the first three years of his career in Baltimore. The 25-year-old started four games last season while appearing in 14. He should have the opportunity to earn a regular starting role in 2024.

Colon, who exited the Cardinals' Week 8 loss to the Ravens with an injury, was unable to practice all week, so it's no surprise that he's been ruled out ahead of Sunday's contest. Dennis Daley is expected to get the nod at left guard in Colon's stead.
