Bredeson (concussion) has been ruled out for the Giants' Week 3 matchup with the 49ers on Thursday Night Football, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports. Bredeson suffered a concussion in Sunday's 31-28 win over the Cardinals, and he will now officially be forced to sit out at least one contest while recovering. Bredeson suffered a concussion in the Giants' 31-28 win over Arizona on Sunday, Ralph Vacchiano of Fox Sports reports. Bredeson had to be carted off the field Sunday and he will now face uphill odds to play Thursday versus the 49ers.
