Trevon Grimes: Waived with injury settlement
Grimes (undisclosed) reached an injury settlement with the Eagles and was waived off injured reserve Monday, Adam Caplan of SiriusXM NFL Radio reports.
The 22-year-old reverted to Philadelphia's injured reserve after being waived/injured by the team earlier in June, and he'll now return to free agency. Grimes could have spent the entire season on injured reserve without the injury settlement, so he may be able to see the field this season if he can find a new team.

Eagles' Trevon Grimes: Shifts to IR
Grimes (undisclosed) reverted to the Eagles' injured reserve list after going unclaimed on waivers Thursday, NFL reporter Aaron Wilson reports.
The Florida product was signed as an undrafted free agent this offseason, but was injured during OTAs. The specifics of the injury remain unclear, but Grimes will reside on IR for the remainder of the season unless he agrees to an injury settlement with Philadelphia.

Eagles' Trevon Grimes: Given opportunity by Eagles
The Eagles signed Grimes as an undrafted free agent Friday, Zach Berman of The Athletic reports.
Grimes lands in a fairly deep receiving corps, so he'll likely need to impress on special teams for any chance of sticking on the roster. He had a personal-best 38 catches for 589 yards and nine touchdowns at Florida in 2020.
