Dakoda Shepley: Reaches injury settlement
The Cowboys removed Shepley (ankle) from the injured reserve list Tuesday after the two sides agreed to an injury settlement, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Shepley was set to miss the entire 2025 season after being placed on injured reserve this past Thursday due to a high-ankle sprain, but the injury settlement allows the 30-year-old offensive guard the opportunity to sign with another team once he's fully healthy. Shepley has appeared in 16 regular-season games since 2020.

Cowboys' Dakoda Shepley: On injured reserve
The Cowboys placed Shepley (ankle) on injured reserve Thursday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Shelpey has been placed on season-ending injury reserve due to a high-ankle sprain suffered during training camp. If the veteran offensive lineman wants another opportunity to play in 2025, he'll first need to reach an injury settlement with Dallas.

Cowboys' Dakoda Shepley: Suffers high-ankle sprain
Shepley suffered a high-ankle sprain in Thursday's joint practice with the Rams, Todd Archer of ESPN.com reports.
Shepley is a good bet to miss Saturday's preseason opener against the Rams. The 30-year-old offensive tackle appeared in three regular-season games for Dallas last season and is competing for a reserve role this summer.
