Carlock joined the Falcons' practice squad Tuesday, Jason Butt of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.
With Laquon Treadwell landing on the reserve/COVID-19 list, a spot opened up on Atlanta's practice squad for the 24-year-old linebacker. Carlock was let go by Miami ahead of April's draft, and he hasn't caught on anywhere else in the interim. The LIU-Post standout will now provide defensive depth for the Falcons as he remains in search of his regular-season debut.
