    The Giants worked out Monroe (undisclosed) on Tuesday, Jordan Raanan of ESPN.com reports. Monroe was cut from injured reserve by the Jets back in August. He appeared in five regular-season games with Gang Green last season and is on the hunt for a new opportunity.

    Monroe (undisclosed) was waived off injured reserve with an injury settlement Tuesday. Monroe played five games with the Jets in 2024, recording six tackles (three solo). Once he's healthy, he'll be free to sign with a new team.
