Knight played sparingly to begin the season, but he was named a starter after the Week 10 bye and never looked back, tallying 65 tackles through the final eight games (averaging 8.1 per game). The rookie fourth-round pick probably hasn't done enough to guarantee a starting role in 2025, but he'll be in the competition barring high-end additions to the team this offseason.

Knight is in line to make his first career NFL start Sunday against Miami due to Jerome Baker (hamstring) being listed as doubtful, Curtis Crabtree of Fox 13 Seattle reports.
Baker had been dealing with a hamstring injury during training camp, and he aggravated it during the Seahawks' Week 2 overtime win over the Patriots. Knight took over for Baker at inside linebacker in that contest, and the former finished with seven tackles (three solo) while playing 42 snaps on defense and 10 on special teams. Knight was known as a run-stopper at UTEP, and the rookie fourth-round pick should see plenty of action at inside linebacker alongside Tyrel Dodson if Baker is inactive Sunday.
