We'll have to wait until the conclusion of the game to find out more of the specifics regarding Ridgeway's calf issue. How the big fella holds up in practice could dictate his availability for the team's Week 3 contest. In the meantime, Grover Stewart could be asked to help the temporary void.
Ridgeway doubled his total of 1.5 sacks from his rookie season, but is typically featured as a lane blocker on the interior of the Colts defense. The 2016 fourth-round pick is likely to serve a similar role with Indianapolis for the 2018 season.
Ridgeway (shoulder) was a full participant at Friday's practice and will play in Sunday's game against the Bills.
Ridgeway logged a pair of limited practice sessions on Wednesday and Thursday, but he returned to full activity on Friday as he confirmed his availability for Week 14 barring any setbacks. He's slated to provide depth at defensive end in his return from a two-game absence.
