    The Chargers placed Lovato (undisclosed) on the reserve/retired list Tuesday. Lovato is seemingly stepping away from his NFL career after appearing in nine games for the Chargers this season. Josh Harris (undisclosed), who was designated to return from injured reserve last week, will likely take over as the team's long snapper following Lovato's retirement.
