Arnold hauled in 12 catches for 150 yards and a touchdown while appearing in 10 games in 2018.
Arnold spent his rookie year on injured reserve in 2017 after going undrafted out of division three Wisconsin-Platteville. He transitioned to tight end this offseason and flashed some potential for New Orleans. He'll look to continue improving at the position and work his way up the depth chart in 2019.
Arnold (chest) does not have an injury designation for Thursday's game against the Cowboys.
Arnold was a full participant in Wednesday's practice after having been limited to begin the week. The second-year tight end picked up a chest injury during his Week 12 breakout game against the Falcons, in which he brought in four receptions for 45 yards and a touchdown, but appears to have fully recovered. He'll attempt to log another strong outing against the Cowboys on Thursday Night Football.
Arnold has a chest injury and was a limited participant at Monday's practice.
Arnold had a breakout effort with four receptions for 45 yards and a touchdown, but apparently didn't escape the game unscathed. The 23-year-old played only 12 offensive snaps -- including snaps late in the fourth quarter -- making the specifics of the injury unclear. Arnold will likely need to practice fully Tuesday or Wednesday to avoid an injury designation for Thursday's game at Dallas.
Arnold caught four of six targets, accounting for 45 receiving yards and a touchdown during Thursday's 31-17 win against the Falcons.
The second-year tight end had by far his best outing as a pro Thanksgiving night, setting career highs in receptions, targets and yards, while picking up his first touchdown in seven appearances as a member of the active roster. Arnold slipped past Sharrod Neasman on a seam route, and laid out to haul in a 25-yard Drew Brees touchdown pass midway through the third quarter that helped New Orleans capture a three-possession advantage over Atlanta. Even facing a Cowboys defense in Week 13 that allows the fifth-most tight end receiving yards this season (705), Arnold is little more than a deep-league dart throw, with Benjamin Watson having averaged 1.8 more targets per game prior to this Thursday night revelation.
Arnold caught two passes for 25 yards in Sunday's win against the Eagles.
Arnold hauled in both his targets but the rookie tight end played just 15 of the Saints' 70 offensive snaps. While his role has grown the last few weeks, he remains third on the tight-end depth chart in New Orleans, behind Josh Hill and Benjamin Watson.
