Titans' Carnell Tate: Sitting out practice due to shoulder issue
Titans head coach Robert Saleh said that Tate won't practice Wednesday due to a shoulder injury, Turron Davenport of ESPN.com reports.
During this past Sunday's 27-24 loss to the Browns, Tate made a visit in the medical tent on the sideline during the fourth quarter after he tackled hard to the ground at the end of a reception, per Davenport. The rookie wideout ended up missing just one snap before checking back into the contest and finished the day with five catches for 69 yards on seven targets. While Saleh didn't indicate that the shoulder issue was a major concern, Tate's practice activity will warrant monitoring over the next few days before the Titans make a call on his availability for Sunday's game in Cincinnati.

Titans' Jeffery Simmons: Posts four stops vs. Cleveland
Simmons logged four tackles (two solo) and a pass defense during the Titans' 27-24 loss to the Browns on Sunday.
Simmons was also credited with two quarterback hits, but he was unable to log a sack for a second consecutive week. The veteran defensive tackle is up to 38 tackles (20 solo), including 4.0 sacks, four pass defenses, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery through seven regular-season games.

Titans' Amani Hooker: Tallies five stops in Week 7 loss
Hooker posted five tackles (two solo) during Sunday's 27-24 loss to Cleveland.
Sunday was the fourth time this season that Hooker played every single defensive snap, although his five stops were his lowest of the 2026 campaign. The veteran safety is up to 46 tackles (29 solo) and three pass defenses (including two interceptions) through six regular-season games, and he's second on the Titans in total stops behind rookie linebacker Anthony Hill (68).

Titans' Kevin Winston: Sets career-high in tackles in Week 7
Winston logged 14 tackles (eight solo) during the Titans' 27-24 loss to the Browns on Sunday.
The second-year safety was cleared to return from a two-game absence due to a quadriceps injury. He was busy in his return, playing every single defensive snap while leading the Titans with a career-high in stops, eight of which were solo. It was the second time this season that Winston logged double-digit tackles, and he's up to 43 tackles (24 solo) and one forced fumble through five games.

Titans' Anthony Hill: Busy in Week 7 loss
Hill logged 12 tackles (five solo) and one forced fumble during the Titans' 27-24 loss to the Browns on Sunday.
Hill punched the ball out of the hands of Harold Fannin's hands midway through the second quarter, but the Titans squandered the good field position by giving the ball back to the Browns on the next play on a Cam Ward interception. It was the first takeaway that Hill caused this season, and the rookie second-rounder has played every single defensive snap through seven contests. He's up to 68 total tackles, which is tied with Ernest Jones and Nakobe Dean for third-most in the NFL behind Alex Singleton (87) and Fred Warner (71).

Titans' Elic Ayomanor: Seven targets in close loss
Ayomanor caught three of his seven targets for 44 yards in the Titans' 27-24 loss to the Browns on Sunday.
Ayomanor played 56 offensive snaps for the Titans in Sunday's contest. The wide receiver was in on 89 percent of the team's offensive plays and was tied with rookie first-rounder Carnell Tate for the team lead in targets.

Titans' Tommy Townsend: Still getting knee checked out
Titans head coach Robert Saleh said Monday that Townsend is still being evaluated after sustaining a left knee injury in Sunday's 27-24 loss to the Browns, Terry McCormick of TitanInsider.com reports.
Townsend went down with the injury when a teammate was pushed into him during his punt with 1:45 remaining in the second quarter. The Titans deemed Townsend questionable to return, and though he was able to check back into the contest to handle holding duties on a field-goal and extra-point attempt in the fourth quarter, placekicker Joey Slye stepped in for the Titans' lone punt of the second half. Tennessee could look to work out multiple punters over the next couple of days and potentially sign one if Townsend's availability for a Week 8 matchup with the Bengals is in any peril.

Titans' Wan'Dale Robinson: Minimal production in loss
Robinson caught four of seven targets for seven yards during Sunday's 27-24 loss to the Browns.
Robinson garnered exactly seven targets for the third straight week, but his seven receiving yards were a new season low for the wideout. Robinson is pretty much limited to short and intermediate routes, and as a result, he has a rather low floor from a fantasy perspective. On the year, the wide receiver has reeled in 29 of 44 targets for 205 yards and two touchdowns over seven contests so far.

Titans' Gunnar Helm: Three catches in Week 7 defeat
Helm caught three of four targets for 24 yards in Sunday's 27-24 loss to the Browns.
They marked the tight end's first catches since Week 4, as he went back-to-back games without a grab in Weeks 5 and 6 against the Texans and Colts. Helm has yet to reach 30 yards in a game this season and is well off the fantasy radar in one of the league's worst passing offenses.

Titans' Carnell Tate: Leading receiver in Week 7 loss
Tate caught five of seven targets for 69 yards in Sunday's 27-24 loss to the Browns.
The rookie wideout was once again Cam Ward's top downfield option, leading the Titans in catches and receiving yards and tying Elic Ayomanor for the lead in targets. Tate has made five or more receptions in four of the last five games, amassing a 27-348-1 line on 40 targets during that span. He'll look to keep rolling in a Week 8 tilt against the Bengals.

Titans' Cam Ward: Little production in loss to Browns
Ward completed 20 of 31 passes for 181 yards with an interception in Sunday's 27-24 loss to Cleveland. He added five yards on two carries.
While Ward didn't get the ball into the end zone himself, he did move the offense enough to set up Tony Pollard for a three-TD day. The second-year QB has still thrown for under 200 yards in three straight games and six of his seven starts this season, and he'll take a weak 4:5 TD:INT into a Week 8 clash with the Bengals.

Titans' Tony Pollard: Cashes three TDs in tough loss
Pollard carried the ball 25 times for 129 yards and three touchdowns in Sunday's 27-24 loss to the Browns. He also caught all three of his targets for 26 yards.
The veteran running back was almost the entire offense for the Titans as he took advantage of the absence of Tyjae Spears (knee) from the backfield, scoring TDs of 36 and 10 yards in the first quarter before adding a one-yard plunge in the fourth. The rushing yards total was Pollard's best effort since Week 14 of last season, and it was his first three-touchdown performance since Week 8 of the 2022 campaign when he was still a Cowboy. Pollard has 478 rushing yards and four TDs through seven games, and he'll keeping matching toward his fifth straight 1,000-yard season in Week 8 against the Bengals.

Titans' Joey Slye: Nails only FGA in loss
Slye made his only field-goal attempt while going 3-for-3 on extra-point tries during Sunday's 27-24 loss to the Browns.
Slye made the most of his only field-goal try in Week 7, splitting the uprights on a 29-yarder in the fourth quarter. The kicker has now converted one or zero field-goal attempts in five of seven contests to open the 2026 campaign, and he'll continue to be an unpredictable fantasy option moving forward.

Titans' Tommy Townsend: Questionable with knee injury
Townsend (knee) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Browns.
Townsend exited the third quarter of Sunday's game with a knee injury. Kicker Joey Slye will likely serve as the Titans' punter while Townsend is absent.
