Stars' Alexei Lipanov: Flipped in minor-league deal
Lipanov was traded to the Stars from the Lightning in a swap for Tye Felhaber on Tuesday.
Lipanov has struggled to even break into the AHL this season, appearing in just one game for the Crunch. Selected by the Lightning in the third round of the 2017 NHL Draft, Lipanov will now have to try to prove himself in the Stars' system before becoming a restricted free agent his offseason.
