Martin had 11 point over his first five games back in the junior ranks, then went five contests without a point. He's turning things around now with three goals and two helpers over his last two outings, giving him 16 points and a plus-7 rating over 12 appearances in total. The Nashville prospect has a promising future, but consistency will be something for him to focus on in the near term.

It hasn't taken Martin long to readjust to the junior ranks after he was demoted from the Predators' NHL roster. In his first three games back with the Greyhounds, he's racked up a goal and six assists. The hard-working center had one helper in three games while in Nashville, and it's possible the 18-year-old rejoins the big club if the Greyhounds' campaign ends early enough.

Martin had an assist, two shots and two blocks in three appearances with Nashville before being reassigned. The 18-year-old has tons of potential, and he can use his brief stint in the NHL as extra motivation while playing with Soo. He had 33 goals, 72 points and 68 PIM across 57 regular-season outings with Soo last year.

Martin got on the scoresheet in his second NHL game. He's been listed on the Predators' first line, but he's averaged a modest 11:42 of ice time while adding just one blocked shot and no other fantasy-relevant statistics to begin his career. The 18-year-old was selected fifth overall in the 2025 NHL Entry Draft and is looking to stick with the big club, though he could head back to the junior ranks after a nine-game audition.
