  • Mammoth's Vincent Trocheck: Dishes pair of assists

Trocheck notched two assists, two shots on goal and a plus-2 rating in Saturday's 5-4 overtime win over the Lightning.

Trocheck picked up his first multi-point game as a Mammoth. The 33-year-old centered Clayton Keller and Dylan Guenther in this contest, which is a good line to be a part of for generating offense. Trocheck is up to three goals, four assists, 18 shots on net, 34 hits, seven blocked shots and a minus-2 rating over 12 outings this season. His physical play gives him a high floor in fantasy formats that reward that kind of production.

  • Mammoth's Kailer Yamamoto: Stays hot with goal

Yamamoto scored a goal on four shots, added two hits, blocked two shots and went plus-3 in Saturday's 5-4 overtime win over the Lightning.

Yamamoto continues to impress from the third line. He has three goals, four assists, 20 shots on net, 15 hits and a plus-5 rating over seven appearances, which has all but solidified his place in the lineup after he started the year as a healthy scratch. Yamamoto can do a little of everything, though he won't stay at a point-per-game pace all year. It would take a significant slump to see him come out of the lineup any time soon.

  • Mammoth's Anders Lee: Pots goal in win

Lee scored a goal on four shots, added two hits and went plus-2 in Saturday's 5-4 overtime win over the Lightning.

Lee snapped a five-game point drought with the tally. The 36-year-old started the season well, but in a third-line role, he may be prone to some ups and downs on offense. He's at three goals, three assists, 23 shots on net, 15 hits, eight blocked shots and a plus-2 rating through 12 appearances in his first season with the Mammoth.

  • Mammoth's Dylan Guenther: Strikes on power play

Guenther scored a power-play goal on three shots in Saturday's 5-4 overtime win over the Lightning.

Guenther had gone three games without a point prior to Saturday. He was shuffled up to a top-line gig alongside Vincent Trocheck and Clayton Keller, though the power play continues to be the source of most of Guenther's offense. For the season, the 23-year-old winger has five goals and five assists over 12 games, with seven of his 10 points coming on the power play. He's added 35 shots on net, six hits and a minus-3 rating.

  • Mammoth's Dmitri Simashev: Pots first two career goals

Simashev scored twice on three shots, added two hits and went plus-2 in Saturday's 5-4 overtime win over the Lightning.

It took Simashev 40 games to net the first goal of his NHL career, which came at 17:02 of the second period to tie the game at 4-4. He didn't wait nearly as long for the second tally, which was the game-winner 1:44 into overtime. Simashev ended a six-game point drought with this unexpected burst of offense. The 21-year-old defenseman now has four points, 14 shots on net, 19 hits, eight blocked shots and a minus-1 rating over 12 outings in a third-pairing role. Simashev will have to earn his way up the lineup, but he should have some confidence moving forward.

  • Mammoth's Karel Vejmelka: Fends off Lightning in overtime

Vejmelka stopped 28 of 32 shots in Saturday's 5-4 overtime win over the Lightning.

Vejmelka's game wasn't great on paper, but he was able to make a few good saves to help get the game to overtime. He had lost his previous two starts, and he's given up at least four goals in four of his last five outings. On the year, Vejmelka sports a 6-3-0 record with a 3.13 GAA and an .874 save percentage across 10 appearances (nine starts). The Mammoth's next game is another tough one at home versus the Wild on Tuesday.

  • Mammoth's Cameron Hebig: Buries two goals in AHL win

Hebig scored twice in AHL Tucson's 4-1 win over Henderson on Saturday.

Hebig has had a good finishing touch this season, earning five goals over eight games. That's not all that unusual for him -- he's scored a total of 51 times across the previous two regular seasons. Hebig is still awaiting his NHL debut, though it's far from guaranteed to happen for the 29-year-old forward.

  • Mammoth's John Marino: Considered week-to-week

Marino (upper body) has been deemed week-to-week and will miss Saturday's home clash against the Lightning, per Brogan Houston of the Deseret News.

Marino has missed Utah's last two games and is slated to miss the next handful as well. The 29-year-old blueliner was effective prior to going down, as he posted two goals, five points, eight shots on net and four blocked shots across nine appearances. Expect to see Marino be held out until early-November at the earliest. In his absence, Nick DeSimone should continue to see an elevated role.

  • Mammoth's Karel Vejmelka: Tending twine Saturday

Vejmelka will patrol the home crease in Saturday's clash against the Lightning, per Brogan Houston of the Deseret News.

Vejmelka has struggled over his past two outings, allowing four goals or more in each of the two losses. Outside of that, the 30-year-old backstop has been solid with a 5-3-0 record, a 3.04 GAA and an .872 save percentage over nine appearances. While his stats leave room for improvement, Vejmelka's heavy workload keeps him fantasy relevant despite his recent struggles. He'll face a tough test against the Lightning on Saturday, however, as they enter the contest averaging 3.40 goals per game this season. Vejmelka is still a solid start in fantasy, but a risky one all things considered.

  • Mammoth's Artyom Duda: Inks two-year extension

Duda signed a two-year, $1.85 million contract extension with the Mammoth on Friday.

Duda has yet to make his NHL debut, but the Mammoth have secured his place with the franchise for another two years. It's a two-way deal in 2027-28 and a one-way deal in 2028-29. The defenseman is currently with the big club as a spare blueliner. He will probably return to AHL Tucson once John Marino (upper body) is cleared to rejoin the lineup.

  • Mammoth's Mikhail Sergachev: Dishes pair of assists

Sergachev had two assists, including one on the power play, and two shots on goal in Thursday's 5-3 loss to the Kraken.

Sergachev has a goal and three helpers during a three-game point streak, his longest stretch of the season. The 28-year-old blueliner remains consistent on offense with a total of three goals, 10 assists, 29 shots on net, 12 blocked shots and a plus-3 rating across 11 outings this season. Sergachev's top-pairing role and spot on the first power-play unit for a dynamic Utah offense makes him a strong offensive defenseman in fantasy.

  • Mammoth's Vincent Trocheck: Lights lamp on power play

Trocheck scored a power-play goal on four shots and added six hits in Thursday's 5-3 loss to the Kraken.

Trocheck had gone three games without a goal prior to Thursday. The veteran center has settled into a middle-six role for the Mammoth early in the season, producing three goals, two assists, 16 shots on net, 34 hits and a minus-4 rating across 11 appearances. At that pace, he'll miss the 50-point mark for the first time since the abbreviated 2020-21 campaign, though it's always possible Trocheck's offense improves as he gets more comfortable with his new team.

  • Mammoth's Logan Cooley: Tallies twice in loss

Cooley scored a pair of goals, including one on the power play, in Thursday's 5-3 loss to the Kraken.

Cooley's two goals came in the third period to wipe out a 3-1 deficit. He has gotten on the scoresheet in eight of 11 contests so far, including a trio of multi-point efforts. For the season, the 22-year-old center has three goals, eight assists, 13 shots on net, 14 hits, six blocked shots and a minus-3 rating over 11 outings. He's done most of his damage on the power play, where he has eight points.

  • Mammoth's Karel Vejmelka: Can't fend off Kraken

Vejmelka allowed four goals on 22 shots in Thursday's 5-3 loss to the Kraken. The fifth goal was an empty-netter.

Vejmelka took consecutive losses for the first time this season. He's allowed nine goals on 39 shots in those games. It's a little early in the campaign for workload to be a concern, but Vejmelka has only rested in full for two of the Mammoth's 11 games. He is 5-3-0 with a 3.04 GAA and an .872 save percentage. Fantasy managers will hope he can get back to winning soon, but don't expect shining ratios from the veteran netminder. The Mammoth are slated to host the Lightning on Saturday in what would be a tough matchup should Vejmelka get the start.

  • Mammoth's John Marino: Unavailable Thursday

Marino (upper body) won't play Thursday in Seattle.

Marino also missed Monday's 5-4 win against Pittsburgh. He has two goals and five points in nine outings in 2026-27. Nick DeSimone is set to play in his second straight game due to Marino's absence.

  • Mammoth's Karel Vejmelka: Tending twine in Seattle

Vejmelka will guard the road goal versus the Kraken on Thursday, Catherine Bogart of the Mammoth's official site reports.

Vejmelka was pulled from his last start after giving up five goals on 17 shots against the Oilers. Sebastian Cossa was able to pick up a win over the Penguins in the next game, but Vejmelka will be back in a starting role Thursday. With five wins over eight appearances, Vejmelka remains a steady fantasy option even with middling ratios.
