Vikings' Jalen Nailor: Takes another step forward
Nailor caught 29 of 53 targets for 444 yards and four touchdowns in 17 games with Minnesota in 2025. He also handled two carries for 13 yards.
Nailor played a slightly larger role in the Vikings' offense in the final year of his rookie contract after having a small breakout in 2024. He posted similar numbers, however, due to a dip in efficiency. That decline was probably mostly a product of general dysfunction in a Vikings passing offense that went from sixth in the league in yards in 2024 to 29th in 2025. He'll become a free agent this offseason, and he has further demonstrated that he at least can be a credible deep threat even if he's not a very physically imposing one.

Vikings' Jalen Nailor: Held catchless on Christmas Day
Nailor did not catch his only target in Thursday's 23-10 win over Detroit.
Minnesota went with a run-heavy approach on offense, and QB Max Brosmer threw for only 51 yards, so Nailor's goose egg wasn't entirely of his doing. In fact, the only Vikings wideout who caught a pass in the contest was Justin Jefferson, who put up a 4-30-0 receiving line. With that said, Nailor now has gone without a reception in two straight games, so he's a very unreliable fantasy target. That figures to remain the case regardless of whether Brosmer or J.J. McCarthy (hand) is Minnesota's starting QB in the season finale Week 18 versus Green Bay.

Vikings' Jalen Nailor: Held catchless in Week 16
Nailor failed to secure either of his two targets in Sunday's 16-13 loss to the Giants.
Nailor was a complete nonfactor Sunday despite playing 62 percent of the Vikings' offensive snaps as the team's No. 3 wide receiver. Minnesota's offense has struggled with J.J. McCarthy (hand) at quarterback, but with McCarthy suffering an injury in Week 16, Max Brosmer is set to start in Week 17. Nailor should continue to be the victim of both limited opportunities and underwhelming quarterback play, capping his potential going forward. The 26-year-old should be ignored for fantasy purposes heading into a Week 17 matchup against the Lions.

Vikings' Jalen Nailor: Cleared for Sunday
Nailor (back) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Giants.
He figures to fill his usual role as the Vikings' No. 3 receiver, coming off a two-TD showing at Dallas in Week 16. Nailor returned to full practice participation Friday after limited sessions earlier in the week.

Vikings' Jalen Nailor: Tending to back injury
Nailor was limited at Wednesday's practice due to a back injury.
Nailor has settled into a regular role in the Vikings' offense this season and is coming of the first multi-touchdown performance of his career this past Sunday at Dallas. However, he's now dealing with a health concern in the wake of that contest, giving him two chances to get back to full this week before the Vikings potentially tag him with a designation ahead of Sunday's game at the Giants.

Vikings' Jalen Nailor: Stays limited in practice
Nailor (back) was a limited participant in Thursday's practice.
Coming off a two-touchdown performance in this past Sunday's 34-26 win over the Cowboys, Nailor has been slowed by a back injury during Week 16 prep. He's now been a limited practice participant for two straight days, but so long as he can upgrade to full activity Friday, he'll likely approach Sunday's matchup with the Giants without an injury designation.

Vikings' Jalen Nailor: First career multi-score game
Nailor corralled three of five targets for 47 yards and a pair of touchdowns while losing two yards on his only carry in Sunday's 34-26 win over the Cowboys.
Nailor came up a bit lame after making an incredible grab on his first touchdown scored Sunday. The 26-year-old was grounded for a while after absorbing a hard landing on the catch, but he managed to stay in the game and produced a second touchdown grab in the fourth quarter to help seal the victory for Minnesota. It was the first multi-score game of Nailor's career and it doubled his total from his previous 13 games this season, so fantasy managers shouldn't read too much into Sunday's outburst. Nailor and his 26-395-4 receiving line remain only a deep-league option for Week 16.

Vikings' Jalen Nailor: Three receptions in win
Nailor had three receptions for 30 yards on three targets in Sunday's win over Washington.
Nailor didn't have a reception and just one target each game the prior two weeks amid Minnesota's struggles through the air. With J.J. McCarthy showing signs of being a credible passer in the win, Nailor could get back to seeing 3-5 targets a game like earlier in the season. However, he's prone to low-output games when the offense struggles, considering Justin Jefferson, Jordan Addison and tight end T.J. Hockenson draw the bulk of the targets.

Vikings' Jalen Nailor: No receptions in loss
Nailor did not have a catch on his lone target in Sunday's loss at Green Bay.
Nailor played on 20 of the offense's 44 snaps, which was a little lower than his usual participation rate. However, it's hard to read too much into his performance given the historically inept performance of J.J. McCarthy (87 yards passing, two interceptions and 17.9 QBR). Nailor and the passing game have another tough matchup next week at Seattle. It's hard to envision any Minnesota receivers having fantasy relevance if McCarthy continues to struggle like his last two games.

Vikings' Jalen Nailor: Just one reception in loss
Nailor had one reception for 16 yards on his only target in Sunday's loss to Chicago.
A week after a career-best performance (five receptions for 124 yards and a touchdown), Nailor wasn't a big factor as Minnesota's passing game struggled due to quarterback J.J. McCarthy's inaccuracy. Nailor played on 33 of the offense's 55 snaps, so he was getting his usual workload. However, he's prone to low output games when the offense struggles, considering Justin Jefferson, Jordan Addison and tight end T.J. Hockenson draw the bulk of the targets.

Vikings' Jalen Nailor: Career-best performance
Nailor recorded five receptions on six targets for 124 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 27-19 loss to the Ravens.
Nailor made nearly all of his impact early and late in the game. He beat Marlon Humphrey deep down the field on the sixth play from scrimmage and then managed to turn upfield for a 62-yard gain that came just short of a touchdown. Nailor then came up big during Minnesota's rally late in the game, as he hauled in another deep pass for a 28-yard gain before making an impressive, acrobatic 10-yard touchdown catch four plays later. This marked the first time that Nailor has reached 100 receiving yards in his career and also matched his career high of five receptions.
