Atlanta announced after Sunday's loss to Washington that Harris avoided a hand fracture and is considered day-to-day, Mark Bowman of MLB.com reports.
Harris departed Sunday's contest with a left hand injury after being hit by a pitch, but it appears he's avoided a serious injury. The 23-year-old could be held out of the lineup for a couple days depending on whether he's dealing with much swelling, but he should be back in the lineup for Atlanta in the near future.
