Perkins isn't in the Brewers' lineup for Thursday's game against St. Louis.
Perkins has cooled off considerably after a hot start, slashing just .136/.208/.273 with two RBI across his last six games. His absence Thursday will move Sal Frelick into center field while Jake Bauers picks up a start in right field, batting eighth.
