Dodgers' Andre Ethier: Expected to return in 2-3 days

Ethier (leg) is expected to return to the lineup within the next few days, Joey Kaufman of the Orange County Register reports.

Ethier was needed X-rays after fouling a pitch off his shin Friday, but they came back negative and he was diagnosed with a lower leg contusion. He was on crutches in the Dodgers' clubhouse earlier Saturday, but he said, "I feel a lot better than I did yesterday," according to Kaufman. Look for Ethier to rejoin the lineup early next week.
