Jose Cisnero: Released by Angels

The Angels released Cisnero on Wednesday.

After being DFA'd by the Halos on Sunday, Cisnero will now enter the open market after going unclaimed off waivers. The 35-year-old righty has allowed 12 earned runs in just 15.2 innings this season.
