The Mariners reassigned Tucker to minor-league camp Wednesday.
Tucker reached base six times in 14 plate appearances in Cactus League play, but his underwhelming track record at the big-league level likely carried more weight in the Mariners' decision to cut him. The 27-year-old utility player is likely to begin the 2024 campaign with Triple-A Tacoma.
