Marlins' Devin Smeltzer: Remains in organization

Smeltzer cleared waivers and was outrighted to Triple-A Jacksonville on Sunday.

Smeltzer has been added and removed from the Marlins' 40-man roster multiple times this season. He'll remain in the organization and hope to earn another promotion in the final weeks.
