Marlins' Jonathan Davis: Sent to Miami

The Marlins acquired Davis from the Tigers on Monday in exchange for Brady Allen.

It's an exchange of minor-league outfielders, as the Tigers got a younger player and the Marlins get some major-league ready depth. Davis is a career .185/.291/.245 hitter over parts of five big-league seasons.
