Feliz was released by the Yankees on Monday.
Feliz asked for and was granted his release so that he could sign with the Chunichi Dragons in Japan. The 30-year-old had posted a 3.38 ERA in 13 relief appearances with Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre after inking a minor-league deal in May.
