Monte Harrison: Released by Marlins

Harrison was released by the Marlins on Saturday, Christina De Nicola of MLB.com reports.

Harrison was designated for assignment by Miami late last week, and he'll hit free agency ahead of the regular season. The 26-year-old spent most of the 2021 campaign at Triple-A Jacksonville and slashed .238/.328/.442 with 15 home runs, 52 RBI, 47 runs and 24 stolen bases across 74 appearances.
