Tetreault (shoulder) was outrighted to Triple-A Rochester on Tuesday, Mark Zuckerman of MASNSports.com reports.
He never made it back from an early-July stress fracture in his right scapula last season. Tetreault walked 10 and struck out nine over 21 innings in four starts for the big club.
