Padres' Ryan Schimpf: Gets a day off Sunday

Schimpf is out of the lineup Sunday against the Mets.

Schimpf had been cooling off since the start of August, but broke back out in a big way Friday, launching two home runs. After going 1-for-4 in Saturday's contest, he'll get the day off Sunday after making 21 straight starts at second base. Adam Rosales will man the keystone in his stead.
