Duran is out of the lineup for Monday's game against the Rangers, Jen McCaffrey of The Athletic reports.

As per usual, the lefty-hitting Duran will take a seat with the opposition bringing a southpaw (Kolby Allard) to the mound. Boston will roll out an outfield of Kyle Schwarber, Alex Verdugo and Hunter Renfroe from left to right.
