Refsnyder went 1-for-4 with a solo home run and two strikeouts in Friday's loss to the Diamondbacks.
Refsnyder took Ryne Nelson deep in the sixth inning for his ninth homer of the season. The 33-year-old veteran has picked things up since the All-Star break, slashing .273/.317/.506 over his last 23 games. Refsnyder has hit five of his home runs since July 28, and with Tyler O'Neill (finger) managing another injury, he should continue to see a significant workload -- he's started seven of the last 10 games.
