Reds manager David Bell said Wednesday that an MRI conducted on Lodolo's left leg revealed a stress reaction in his tibia, Bobby Nightengale of the Cincinnati Enquirer reports.

Lodolo is in a walking boot and will be re-evaluated after he gets another MRI in two weeks. Bell previously said Sunday that the left-hander will likely be sidelined for a minimum of four weeks in total due to the injury, and fantasy managers should probably plan for longer. Lodolo compiled a 2-1 record, 6.29 ERA and 1.75 WHIP over 34.1 innings before landing on the 15-day injured list over the weekend.
