Reds' Robert Dugger: Designated for assignment

Dugger was designated for assignment by the Reds on Saturday.

Dugger's contract was selected by Cincinnati on Thursday, but he didn't make any appearances during his stint with the major-league club. If he clears waivers, the right-hander will likely report to Triple-A Louisville.
